REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope you love your Little Wins products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@little-wins.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Bathtime Kneelers and Non-Food Products
Unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Food Supplements
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of food supplements that have been opened, used or where the safety seal has been broken.
Unopened supplement products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they remain sealed, unopened and in a resalable condition.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@little-wins.co.uk with photographs of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
