I'm Olivia, mum of two, founder of Little Wins, and a big believer in the power of small things.
Like many parents, I've learnt that family life isn't made up of huge milestones every day. More often, it's the little moments that matter. A smooth bathtime. A calmer bedtime. A moment of connection. A routine that finally works. Five minutes of peace.

These are the little wins.

Little Wins was created to celebrate and support those everyday moments. Our mission is simple: to make family life feel a little less chaotic, a little easier, and a little more joyful.

What started with one product, our Bathtime Kneeler, has grown into something much bigger. We're building a collection of thoughtfully designed products, practical tools and positive routines that help parents navigate everyday family life with a little more ease.

But Little Wins is about more than products.
It's about noticing what's going well.

As parents, it's easy to focus on everything still left on the list, the things we didn't quite get done, the moments that didn't go to plan. But when we pause and celebrate the small victories, something shifts. We feel more positive, more capable and more connected to the people around us.
